We give you practical experience and genuine responsibility which complement your studies and help you transition from student to professional.
Placements (when available) are in Brisbane and Perth, Australia, for third and fourth year students in the design and project work areas. You’ll have the opportunity to work alongside our leading engineers to deliver some of the world’s most interesting and challenging projects.
We offer flexible work arrangements and can work around your university breaks and timetables. Our aim is to develop our undergraduate students through third and fourth year of university and then into our new professionals program.

Ausenco’s New Professionals program provides Australian-based graduates with broad-based, hands-on experience led by experienced managers and mentors in a collaborative and supportive environment.

Young professionals based in Ausenco’s Vancouver office with less than 10 years of industry experience have the opportunity to join the Ausenco Emerging Professionals (AEP) group. The group aims to identify and nurture professional development opportunities for graduate to intermediate level technical staff through activities such as mentoring, 'lunch and learn' presentations, professional networking, social events and community outreach.

We support students seeking internships to complete their university qualifications through hands on experience with high achieving teams. Depending on positions available, interested candidates can search for current opportunities or contact a member of the Peru People & Performance team.
Ausenco Chile offers a one year trainee program to engineering graduates. Inducted into the company, trainees will be assigned a mentor to guide and support the trainee during the program. Trainees will receive direction from a lead engineer in their area of speciality.
